Testbed Products 2025/26
The InteX Testbeds are the physical structures used to provide the InteX services. They are sensorized, modular and adjustable testbeds that simulate the end user’s working environment.
In the future we envision renting and selling them to those entities interested in owning an Intex Testbed. The following lines describe how we envision our Intex Testbed as a product.
The InteX Testbeds are designed to be operated by non-expert users who are interested in performing the tests by themselves in their own facilities. Therefore Universities, Engineering Schools as also RTOs can use the InteX Testbeds both as an education and research platform.

InteX Confined Spaces Testbed
InteX Overhead Testbed
InteX Stairs Testbed
The overhead testbed allows capturing of the kinematics, dynamics, metabolic costs and muscular effort of a worker carrying out frontal and/or overhead work (e.g., construction/automotive). The HW of the test bed allows modification of the height, the inclination, and the area of work.
The stairs testbed allows to capture the kinematics, metabolic costs, and muscular effort of a worker climbing/descending stairs (e.g., construction). The HW of the test bed consist of four steps which height and depth can be regulated according to the task.

InteX Confined Spaces Testbed
The confined spaces testbed allows capturing of the kinematics, dynamics, metabolic costs and muscular effort of a worker carrying out work in narrow spaces, with possible obstacles (e.g., construction/automotive/shipbuilding). The HW of the test bed allows multiple scenarios in order to reproduce real working conditions.
InteX Overhead Testbed

RTOs or specialized laboratories can offer testing veracity to the products’ performance of distributors, being an important service for them as they can count on a solvent entity.
